Learning how to facilitate transformative sound healings is much more than just playing bowls and gongs. We practice deep, embodied listening. We track our own bodies, attuning to the energy of the room and ourselves.
We find our own voices, learning to lead with dignity while staying in our humility.
And we learn how to feel comfortable taking up a lot of space, bringing ourselves into the room.
Danielle has facilitated hundreds of sound journeys and through her years of experience has designed and taught a curriculum to over 100 sound healers on how to create transformational experiences while stepping into their power to facilitate with grace.
Several hours of dedicated practice are given, working with 4 planetary tuned gongs, crystal quartz bowls and other high-vibrational instruments as we build and learn an entire sequence to guide others through.
Each participant leads a sound bath at the end of the training, putting into practice all of the skills and nuances they've learned throughout the weekend.
While we'll cover many technical aspects of learning these instruments, these trainings are set up to be a deeply healing and personal experience to activate the healer within.
Participants receive as much sound as they'll be giving and often go home a transformed person than how they arrived.
The certification covers:
- How to hold a space for groups and facilitate your own sound bath
- How to help people and yourself feel profoundly better
- Finding your own voice to lead others and how to take up space
- How to incorporate sound healing in your desired practice
- How to master the crystal bowls
- Techniques and application of striking multiple Planetary Tuned gongs
- Science behind sound healing
- Other sound instruments to include in your sound bath
No prior experience or instruments required.
Each student will have their own set of crystal bowls to practice with that will be available for purchase at the end of training.
A certificate of completion will be given after the training and can count towards Yoga Alliance's Continuing Education.
Students have the option to schedule a 30-minute call after the training to discuss how best to begin their particular sound healing journey.
